Who is responsible
SELLDOM is responsible for the information collected on this site. If you have any question about it, write to info@selldom.es.
What we collect
This site has no accounts to sign up for. The only information we collect is what you type into the valuation form: your name, your phone number, your email address, and, if you choose to add it, the town or area where your property is.
What we use it for
We use it for one thing: to answer your request and get in touch with you about the valuation of your property. We do not use it for anything else.
Why we are allowed to use it
Because you tick the box on the form and agree to it before sending your request. That agreement is what allows us to hold and use your information.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside SELLDOM reads your request as a matter of course. To get your message from the form to our inbox, we use two outside services purely to deliver it: Resend, a company based in the European Union that sends the email on our behalf, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Neither company uses your information for anything of its own — they only carry it to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to answer you and follow up on your request. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Your rights
Under the EU's data protection law (Regulation 2016/679) and Spain's own law on the subject (Organic Law 3/2018), you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. Write to info@selldom.es for any of that. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled it, you can also complain to Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not watch what you do on it. The only thing it remembers in your browser is which of the four languages you last chose, so you are not asked again on your next visit.
